RAVEN To Celebrate 30th Anniversary Of 'All For One'
March 19, 2013New Wave Of British Heavy Metal legends RAVEN are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their seminal album "All For One" in 2013. Originally released in 1983, "All For One" was not only the band's breakout LP, it was also a massively influential slab of classic metal. The band's groundbreaking and high-energy approach was a vital element in the development of thrash.
"Wow, hard to believe but it was 30 years ago when we hooked up with mega producer Michael Wagener (and Udo Dirkschneider of ACCEPT) to craft our breakthrough album 'All For One'," said RAVEN vocalist/bassist John Gallagher. "It's still one of our favorites and although we still play quite a few songs [from the album] live, on the upcoming dates we will squeeze a few more into the set as a celebration. We can't wait to dust them off, get out there and kick ass!"
